Cancellation Policy

Party deposits are non-refundable if parties are cancelled. Party cancellations require 72 hours notice. If parties are cancelled less than 72 hours, there is a $100 cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file. Party date can be postponed to an available day and time or the canceled party deposits can be used for future open play visits and do not expire.Contact us for further details.
