What comes with the Party Bookings?

​We rent out the full venue for 2, 3 or 4 hour private parties.

2 Hour party has 45 minutes to set up prior to the 2 hour party and 15 minutes to break down

3 Hour party has 1 hour to set up prior to the 3 hour party and 30 minutes to break down

4 Hour party has 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the 3 hour party and 30 minutes to break down

2 hosts + 1 helper allowed during set up and break down

Guests are not permitted to enter until the start time of your party

Play area closes 10 minutes prior to the end of your party

There is a 50 guest max which includes 20 kids and 30 adults.

We offer 7 tables and 38 chairs.

Each guest over the 50 person max will be charged $17 per guest (babies under 1 are not counted).

You can bring your own food and drinks.

You can add your own decorations. (hanging with tape but no nails or pins)​

Larger decor set ups will need to be ready to set up within the 45 minute set up window. We can not allow extra time or earlier drop offs due to lack of storage space.

We do not offer any other services outside of the venue rental and clean up so there are no additional charges.

We do not offer appliances like refrigerators or microwaves.

How much do you charge to rent?

All party bookings require a $100 or $150 non refundable deposit to reserve your party date and time. The deposit will be applied to the final fee, which is due the day of your party upon arrival and prior to set up.​

Cancellation Policy

Party deposits are non-refundable if parties are cancelled.

Party date can be moved to an available day and time or the canceled party deposits can be used for future open play visits and do not expire.

What's the maximum capacity?

50 guests, which includes a 20 children max.

Guests over the 50 person max will be charged $17 per person. That charge will apply to all non crawling children and adults
-
Party guests are not required to fill out the online Waiver. There will be a waiver sign in sheet at the door with a run down of the rules. This sheet will also help us keep track of the number of guests.

Setup and Clean up Process

You have 45 minutes to adjust things to your liking before your party and 15 minutes to break down after your party time.

All clean up will be handled by staff.
