TOWN RULES
We prioritize you and your kid's safety. Please remember the following:

Socks must be worn at all times by parents and kids.

2 adults per family (additional adults will be charged $12 per extra adult)

Groups larger than 10 guests must request time prior to visit as additional charges will now apply.

No climbing or jumping off the play equipment.

No roughhousing

No throwing balls or toys at each other.

Play together and share the toys. Sharing is caring!

All kids must be accompanied by an adult. Whether in the play area, the lounge area, lobby or bathroom.

Please make sure your kid(s) are not playing with the security cameras.

Outside food is welcome, but no food or drinks (including water) are allowed in the play area. Please enjoy them in the lounge area.

Please bring toys to the front desk if: child puts in their mouth or if broken.

If you or your kid(s) are not feeling well, please visit us another time.

ABOUT US
15 years ago while planning birthday parties for my then 4 and 6 year old sons at a popular birthday party location, we found it to be over priced and crowded. That sparked the original idea to create a fun, safe and private space for kids under 6 years old.
I purchased my 1st inflatable bounce house to throw my kid's parties at home. After some nudging from family and friends, I started renting out the bounce house under the name Jump Jumpz. We quickly became popular around the Hayward, CA area. Unfortunately like many other small businesses, Jump Jumpz was forced to shut down due to Covid.
Once things opened up again in 2022 I wanted proceed with my idea to open a fun and private space for families to celebrate their little ones. Now in 2024, we have that place! Welcome to Teeny Town!
FAQs

Do we have to book online for open play? Booking online for open play is preferred but not required. Walk-ins are welcome up to 2 hours before closing hours. Walk-in customers coming to play with less than 2 hours of play will still be charged the full 2 hours if they still wish to play.

Are socks required? Yes, for both parents and kids at all times in the play area. Grip socks are preferred. If you do not have socks, please check with the front desk for a complimentary pair for adults.

Is outside food allowed? Yes, guests are allowed to enjoy outside food and drinks the lounge area only. However, no food or drinks are allowed in the play area at any time, including water.

What is the age range for kids in the play area?

1 year to 6 years old is preferred.

Kids 7 and up are also welcome to enjoy the play area but will be charged the same rate.

Kids over 10 may be too big for the play area. We have a video games for them to enjoy at no charge as long as they aren't playing in the play area.

Are there discounts for siblings? Crawlers with a sibling are free. No other discounts for siblings or extra guesta

How much do you charge for adults? 2 adults per family are welcome at no charge. All additional adults will be charged $10

Can we attend with a large group? It is suggested to request a private booking for groups over 10 people. We can not guarantee availability for walk-ins for larger groups

Do you sell food or snacks? We offer complimentary hot chocolate and coffee to all guests. Outside food and snacks are allowed.

Do you allow private bookings during the weekdays for field trips or special events? Yes, weekday private bookings require a $50 deposit. The full fee for private bookings is $200
